Hope Heating & AC Repair

Semi annual service call. Atlanta traffic was haywire but Hope Heating and Air were communicative. Dwight was a delight and treated our service with care. I found Hope a few months ago when I needed a second opinion after another (heavily advertised) HVAC vendor said our <10yo unit needed replacement. Hope gave the second opinion then and earned our annual business immediately. They’ve been super responsive. Based on our experience thus far, definitely would recommend to anyone looking for genuinely nice and responsive HVAC folks.

Our A/C died on one of the hottest days of July, and Hope Heating & Air saved the day. I called first thing in the morning, and they were friendly and professional right off the bat, telling me they could get someone out that same afternoon. I'd called a couple other companies before this and was told end of week or even the weekend; so same-day service felt like a small miracle. What really impressed me was the communication. Within minutes of booking, I got a text confirming my appointment window. Then, less than 20 minutes later, they texted again to say they could actually get to us earlier. When the technician was on his way, I got a heads-up text with his photo and an ETA. Such a nice touch, especially when you're letting a stranger into your home. The technician was friendly and efficient, quickly diagnosed a dead capacitor on the compressor, and had our AC blowing cold again before lunch. He even went above and beyond to top off our freon while he was at it. He also gave us a straightforward quote on installing a separate unit, no pressure at all. The whole repair came in under $400. If you're dealing with a broken AC (especially in the middle of summer), I can't recomm

It is joy to give 5 stars to "Hope Heating and AC Repair". Ryan was very thorough, very knowledgeable, very personable and very professional. He was recommended to give me a second opinion because another company looked at my unit and immediately stated that I needed a new one. They didn't tell me why. However, Ryan came, took his time and methodically checked everything inside and outside. Then, he turned on the unit and it was fine. It is cooling well, and I'm astounded. It shows that not only is "Hope" a knowledgeable company, but they also have good ethics and morals. Thank you so much, Ryan. Continue to be amazing!

Easily the best experience I’ve ever had with home maintenance / repair. Ryan S from Hope Heating & Air Conditioning was prompt, professional, kind, extremely knowledgable, and fixed our new home’s AC problems right away. No sales pitches, no scams, no fleecing, he is a consummate professional and a good person. He discussed all options with me in a frank and open manner, and made reasonable (not self-profitable) suggestions. They are definitely our new go-to for all AC and Heater needs.
